Pay2Bulk is highly dedicated to providing a transparent, fair, and seamless payment processing mechanism. This policy details our clear framework for failed transaction rollbacks, wallet funding balances, and official dispute paths under standard electronic payout gateway norms.
1. Failed Payout Reversals
Pay2Bulk handles automated business fund routing. If an automated transaction request (UPI Payout or IMPS Payout) fails due to internal banking system errors, bad beneficiary routing tags, or downstream pipeline drops, the processing flow is handled as follows:
- The debited amount will be automatically rolled back and re-credited directly to your active merchant dashboard wallet balance.
- Most failed payout rollbacks happen in real-time. However, if a transaction gets stuck in a pending queue due to bank network delays, the resolution timeline can take up to 7 working days depending on partner banking protocols.
2. Wallet Recharge & Funding Policy
All pre-funded deposits added by merchants to their virtual layout balances are meant strictly for running business payout distributions. Funds added to your wallet cannot be directly withdrawn or refunded back to the source bank account except upon formal company account closure, which goes through manual checks by our verification desk.
3. Payment Protection & Credentials Safety
All operations processed through our platform are protected by high-grade operational firewalls. Pay2Bulk functions purely as a technology core and does not store or log any sensitive customer bank login passwords or card credentials on our servers, ensuring total peace of mind for merchant interactions.
4. Grievance Redressal Framework
If you encounter balance discrepancies, api errors, or stuck transaction queues, you can file a case directly with our help desk. All complaints are formally acknowledged and processed within a 7-working-day Turnaround Time (TAT).
