Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: July 5, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Pay2Bulk Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "our", or "us") and your business entity ("User", "Merchant", "you", or "your").
By accessing our automated dashboard, registering an account, or deploying our transfer APIs (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to be strictly bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these operational rules, you must immediately halt your use of our platform.
1. Eligibility & Registration Status
By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and manage a legitimate business entity recognized under Indian law. Upon your initial sign-up, your merchant account profile will be created with a default status of Pending.
Accounts in a pending state are completely locked from accessing live payout wallets or firing live transaction parameters. Full live system activation is granted only after providing valid business verification files inside the main dashboard terminal panel.
2. Payout Services Matrix
Pay2Bulk offers independent automated distribution technology split into two core channels:
- UPI Payout Channels: Programmatic transfers routed directly into valid recipient Virtual Payment Addresses (VPAs). The minimum transfer floor required is ₹10 per request.
- IMPS Payout Engines: Direct, sub-second account-to-account bank funds transfers executed via account numbers and IFSC tags. The minimum transfer floor required is ₹1 per request.
3. User Obligations & Security Whitelisting
You agree to maintain complete data honesty during profile onboarding and safeguard your dashboard login records. To use our API modules safely, merchants are required to configure Server IP Whitelisting inside their setting options.
Our firewall scripts will automatically drop any transactional request payload generated from unlisted internet protocol addresses to protect your wallet from key leaks or external interventions.
4. Prohibited System Activities
You shall not use our payout framework for illegal balance pooling, circular self-transactions, money laundering loops, or unauthorized financial extraction routines. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our software scripts or attack gateway endpoints will result in permanent profile suspension and reporting to cyber authorities.
5. Pre-Funding & Execution Failures
Pay2Bulk acts strictly as a programmatic routing delivery tool. Payout commands are only executed if your dedicated Virtual UPI Wallet or IMPS Payout Wallet balance has sufficient pre-funded capital. We are not liable for delayed payouts caused by insufficient merchant balances or downstream bank clearing network drops.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under law, Pay2Bulk shall not be held liable for transactional profits loss, operational downtime, or technical bank API blockages. Our maximum structural liability for any single system incident shall not exceed the direct platform fees collected from your profile during the preceding three calendar months.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed and construed under the legal frameworks of India. Any conflict, operational dispute, or claim arising from these terminal rules shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
